Croak City Help

QUALIFICATION:
Users with Wholesale status must normally be involved in an appropriate retail resale business to buy at full wholesale rates from Croak City. Your business should normally sell products like what we offer.

Wholesale customers must have an account and must be logged in to get the wholesale discount.  If you do not qualify as a wholesale customer, registration is optional.

DISCOUNT RATES:
Qualified Wholesale customers, over $200 (suggested retail) - gift industry standard discount. We confirm the discount to you after your registration is approved.

Other customers, over $200 (suggested retail) - 20%.
Other customers, over $500 (suggested retail) - 30%.

USE OF WHOLESALE USER STATUS:
We expect customers who have Wholesale status to not reveal username/passwords to others outside of their business, or otherwise allow the use of their status to non-qualified buyers. We reserve the right to change the status of any customer at any time. If we change the status of a customer who has an order pending, we will not ship or charge the order without the customer's approval.

MINIMUM ORDER:
The minimum order to receive a discount is $200 suggested retail value. The minimum order for non-discounted orders is $100. Orders under $100 will not be accepted, or will at our option be filled by our retail store (www.frogstore.com).

PAYMENT:
Accounts created after 2006 are required to place their orders online, but may request changes to an order by phone, fax, or email. Online orders may be paid by the credit (or debit) cards listed in the checkout system.

Your credit card billing will be under the name “Oregon Webstores”. Credit cards are not charged until the order is ready to ship. If you want to use a payment method other than a credit card, you still place the order online. Ask us how to do this and we will set it up. "Legacy" customers who fax or mail-in orders may pay at the time of the order by check, money order, or credit card. Check-paid orders will be held for shipping while the check clears. Sorry, we do not offer terms for any new customer.

OUT OF STOCK / BACKORDERS:
Online orders are inventory-controlled, which normally does not allow ordering of out-of-stock items. As a general rule, IF YOU CAN BUY IT, IT IS IN STOCK. Errors may occur due to miscounts. Our online store does not allow backordering, and we will not backorder products unless you request that we do it. For inquiries about back ordering, out-of-stock, or low stock items, please contact us by any of the methods listed on the Contact Us page.

SHIPPING:
Standard shipping is by our choice of ground shipping provider, unless arranged otherwise.

Our ordering system provides an estimate of the shipping cost based on the weights of the individual items. Certain combinations of products will force larger packaging, and thus higher shipping costs. Large quantities of single items often results in a lower than estimated shipping cost. At our option, orders over $125 may have insurance fees added which are billed to the purchaser as part of the shipping charge. If the carrier quoted shipping cost is within $1.00 of the estimated cost, we normally use the estimated cost. If the shipping cost is $10.00 or more over the estimated cost, we will contact you for approval prior to shipment.

To minimize fraudulent applications, first orders are typically sent only to the business address of the verified applicant. For example, if your business is Wal-Mart in Bentonville, Arkansas, but want your shipments sent to 234 Oak, Apt. 4, we won't do that. We will make reasonable exceptions. For example, shipping directly to a trade show address or a festival address.

The minimum shipping charge is $7.00, regardless of carrier quote. Shipping fees for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and to PO Boxes will generally be higher than other destinations. Rural addresses and residential addresses also have a higher shipping cost. We normally do not ship to PO boxes for businesses with 'physical' addresses (a 'walk-in store').

Orders normally ship within 5 business days, but most often within 2 business days. We currently use as our standard shipping method either FedEx Ground or USPS Parcel Post.

If you need other shipping arrangements, contact us. We ship only to the 50 US states and Washington D.C. If you want to make a non-discounted retail purchase, you can find our products at www.frogstore.com. We are not liable for the refund of shipping fees when delivery is in error or is late for reasons beyond our control.

RETURNS, GENERAL INFO: Croak City must be notified within 10 days of delivery if an order has errors or damage. Please contact bullfrog@croakcity.com for a return authorization. All approved returns must be received by us within 30 days of the day you originally received the product. Returns must be in the original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale for full return credit. Returns will not be accepted on shopworn merchandise. There is a 15% restocking fee on returns.

RETURNS THAT CAUSE LOSS OF DISCOUNT: You cannot use a return as a means to get a sub-minimum quantity of merchandise at a discount. If a return results in an effective order cost that would no longer qualify for a discount, the return's refund will be calculated on the basis that the customer should have been charged at the smaller order's rate.

For example, a non-wholesale order is placed for $200 suggested retail, receives a $40 discount, and the customer pays $160. The customer then returns half of the order, resulting in an effective non-discounted order of $100. The result is that the customer now has $100 of merchandise, has paid $160, and therefore gets a $60 refund before the restocking fee is applied. After the restocking fee, the refund would be $51. Wholesale orders affected by 'loss of discount' due to a return will be calculated similarly based on the wholesale discount.

RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGE/DEFECTS: Conditions are the same as for other Returns, except that the restocking fee does not apply, and we will refund ground shipping charges. At our discretion, we may choose to refund without the need to return the product.

Unless noted otherwise, ALL photographs and ad copy on the this web site are copyrighted by Croak City Wholesale.  Logos, such as those for Sprogz, Verisign, or credit cards are the property of the respective companies, and we cannot grant you permission to use those. You may use our copyrighted materials for promotion of the products we sell to you with the following conditions:

• Your company or organization has purchased at least $500 of products from Croak City Wholesale, or from another of our companies.
   
• You do not alter or claim credit for the photos.
   
• The ad copy, if edited, does not convey our products in a negative or derogatory manner.
   
• You CANNOT use our photos and copy for products that you do not purchase from us.

DROP SHIPPING:
We don't drop ship. Please don't ask.

If you need to speak to us by phone, the best time to try is between 10am and 4pm Mon-Fri Pacific Time. But we will usually answer the phone if we can and we're at work, regardless of the hour.
